About Us
CORPORATE EXCELSIOR GROUP is humbly formed in 2004 with a Paid-up Capital of RM 1,500,000.00 and unlimited support from the shareholders. The Group's core activities is in the manufacturing and distribution of premixed ready-to-use mortar or dry mix under the registered trademark of POLYMiX to the niche facade finishes market.
The Group's production and distribution capabilities are supported by two factories in Kuala Bikam @ Perak and Kluang @ Johor in Malaysia with a combined capacity of 100,000 metric ton per annum. We also have a distribution centre in Rawang@Selangor with on-going plans to set up manufacturing and distribution facilities in Kota Kinabalu@Sabah and Miri@Sarawak which is target to be completed in the year 2013.
The Headquarters of the Corporate Excelsior Group is located at bustling Kelana Jaya in the heart of Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan to enable it to be closer to its major customers in the construction industry in Klang Valley.
The Group is supported by highly trained personnel to meet customers' needs with maximum commitment to product quality and services.
Market Strategies and Expansion
The POLYMiX range of dry mix products replaces the traditional wet trades and are widely accepted in a variety of projects ranging from super high end (in particular CONQUAS and QLASSIC projects) to affordable homes in Malaysia.
The Brand has to date achieved market leadership in West Malaysia and has on-going plans to capture the markets in East Malaysia and South East Asia.
This is made possible by its current licensing and joint venture arrangements in Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia and Cambodia. Plans are also in the pipeline for licensing arrangements in Phillipines, Myanmar and South India. Our current export markets include among others Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Angola and Libya.
Awards & Achievements
The Group's management system and processes are certified with ISO 9001:2008 UKAS QMS which is globally recognized and it recognizes that quality is a continually changing practice and will ensure continued development of its processes and systems.
Its Quality Policy Statement is as follows :-

The Group is also the first dry mix supplier to have successfully implemented the IBS Mechanized Spray System in high profile projects namely Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Pavillion Shopping Centre and Condominium, Damansara Idaman Residences, One Menerung and Marc Residence Condominiums.
Responsibility for the Environment
The Group places the care for environment as one of its business priorities. Through efficient production equipments, waste disposal systems and the use of recycle raw materials, it strives to achieve low carbon emissions.
That is why, the POLYMiX range of skim coat products have achieved Green Label Certification as Eco-Friendly Building Materials from the Singapore Environment Council in the year 2011 . Therefore, the products are accepted by all "green" building projects in the construction industry.
Another environmental recognition that is also in the Group's plans is to be certified with an ISO 14000 International Standard for environmentally friendly manufacturing process.
